Mahou shoujo….. everyone loves it for the magical things inside. We at wifi firmly believe that mahout shoujo is scientific, yes scientific. We will explain some, if not all mahout shoujo abilities in scientific terms

Transformation sequence: this has got to be the most frequent thing happening in most mahout shoujo anime. A few scientific explanations comes to my mind, but the most prominent one is …nanobots. When the device is activated, the nanobots crawls all over the body and breaks down the clothes, Using that material, they form new battle clothes with the molecules and themselves, giving the clothes new feeling, look and the inverse proportion of  defence value with respect to the amount of clothing. Other plausible theories are that the little girls change the clothes themselves much like superman would.

Flying: just two word. Jet Propulsion. Scientifically speaking, jet propulsion of little girls is possible. They are light, and harbour little air resistance, so making them fly with alittle jet propulsion couldn’t be any easier. Well an alternative theory would be what my friend suggested, they eat lots of cake, increasing their metabolism. This increase in metabolism resulted in their ability to take off. Well.. .that’s a plausible theory, I got to test it out on someone one day….. to see whether they can fly or how high they can get on sugar.

Energy beam attacks: Explanation of energy beams can be summed up using today’s science as lasers. Beam attacks are some super charged streams of particles that seem to ionize the surrounding, giving the glowy look and the ability to travel in a projected path. Granted how magical devices can generate that much amount of energy, it must be noted that such magical devices are usually from some other realms/dimensions or from the future (did we change our persuit science to the persuit of magic in the distant future?). As such technology not found on this plane could be found on the others, granting them the ability to come out with such wonderful technology because physics is weird where little magical girls come from.

Cards Magic: holograms anyone????with flashy abilities????i have seriously no idea regarding this……..i think it’s all pyro technics ( a plausible suggestion by a fellow mahou shoujo friend of mine is that it’s a catalyst for the technology to manifest , which is technically plausible, but it just means that the data storage in such devices must be in the hundreds of terabytes, since the difficulty and profoundness of such flashy and powerful abilities must be in the Gigabytes, possible the tera.

Eternal loli –ism: I bet it’s all the flashy technology…. And a evil diabolical scheme by producers to make mahou shoujo eternally loli ( well with the exception of strikers… but hey there were still lolis in it…. So yar) in order to attract people to watch it, since they are eternally innocent, pure and such. Another explanation is that lolis and shotas are actually a trap to the evil bad guy, since they are supposedly weak and can’t do a thing, and thus they can trap the bad guys using their over imbalanced powers ( note: LET”S BEFRIEND) Well It’s a tried test and proven formula, so I don’t think we can see it change anytime soon

High density mahou attack : Gravity bombs in my opinion. No that was a joke. It could be due to some unknown element not yet discovered on earth that grants such attack capabilities. Well anything is possible in this world of ours, so why question the not known??

Eggs : a friend of mine whom I only chat with online, asked me to explain this. How do one link magical eggs to scientific purposes? An explanation that I can come out is that the eggs are the manifestation of one’s desire and such, and magical devices solidify the desire and project them as eggs, using holographic projections, that’s why one is usually unable to catch a egg with his or her bare hands Personally I think all eggs should be eaten, eggs are nice to eat, why link mahou with eggs.

I’m sort of out of ideas for mahou…… if you all guys have any more , feel free to express it out, so that i can try(i hope) to explain it in scientifc terms.
